Cody Guarnieri, J.D., Connecticut Superior Court Judge
and Eastern Alumnus
The Honorable
Cody N. Guarnieri is a Connecticut Superior Court Judge. Immediately prior to
his judicial appointment, Judge Guarnieri was a senior partner and trial
attorney at Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP.
His law practice focused on criminal defense, complex civil litigation,
and defending professional licenses.
Judge Guarneri was the 2021 recipient of the Judge Maxwell Heiman
Memorial Award by the Hartford County Bar Association. He received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees,
cum laude, from Eastern Connecticut State University and earned his J.D., with
honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
